Twinkies
(one per kid)
Candy Eyes
(I bought mine on Amazon)
Almond Bark
(melt one rectangle per two twinkies)
Instructions
Melt the almond bark in a double boiler or in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval until smooth.
Unwrap the Twinkies and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet or cooling rack.
Using a spatula or spoon, coat each Twinkie evenly with the melted almond bark.
Immediately press two candy eyes onto each coated Twinkie before the almond bark begins to set.
Let the Twinkies sit at room temperature until the coating is completely firm. For faster setting, refrigerate for 10–15 minutes.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container until ready to enjoy.
Notes
You kids will go crazy over this Halloween dessert!
