This Greek Chicken Marinade combines Greek yogurt, fresh lemon juice, and a blend of fresh herbs to make incredibly tender and flavorful chicken — just $3.38 a serving and works on the grill, in the oven, or on the stovetop.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together all of the marinade ingredients until well combined.
Add the chicken breasts and turn to coat them evenly with the marinade.
Marinate the chicken for at least 20 minutes or up to 2 hours.
Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing any excess to drip off. Grill the chicken for 6–7 minutes per side, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Remove the chicken from the grill, let the chicken rest for 5 minutes. Then the chicken is ready to slice, serve and enjoy!
