Ingredients

  • 6 Bratwursts
  • 6 Bratwurst Buns
  • Sauerkraut optional

Instructions

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, approximately 350°F.
  • Place 6 bratwursts on the grill over indirect heat and cook for 15–16 minutes, turning occasionally, until the bratwursts reach an internal temperature of 160°F.
  • Move the bratwursts over direct heat and grill for an additional 1–2 minutes to crisp the casing and lightly brown the outside.
  • Warm 6 bratwurst buns by microwaving them for 30–60 seconds or placing them on the grill for a few seconds.
  • Place each bratwurst into a bun.
  • Top with sauerkraut if desired.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
