Remove the drumsticks from the grill and allow it to rest5 minutesmins
Preheat the grill to medium heat (about 350–400 degrees F).
Pat dry 2 lb chicken drumsticks with a paper towel and place them in a large bowl. Drizzle 2 tablespoons olive oil over the chicken drumsticks and toss until the chicken is evenly coated.
In a small bowl, combine 1 teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon paprika, ½ teaspoon ground mustard, and ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional).
Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over the chicken drumsticks and toss until all the chicken is well coated.
Place the drumsticks on direct heat and grill for 25-30 minutes flipping every 10-15 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 185 degrees F.
Then remove the drumsticks from the grill and allow it to rest for at least 5 minutes and then the chicken is ready to serve and enjoy!

Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.You can also make these in the oven. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Place drumsticks on a baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes (flipping every 10-15 minutes) until the chicken reaches an internal temperature for 165 degrees F.
