Ingredients

olive oil

minced garlic

Instructions
In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Then add the onions.
Next place the chicken in a gallon size bag with the marinade and allow for it to marinade overnight.
Place the chicken on a preheated grill. Cook for about 20 minutes on the grill or until the chicken is cooked through (no longer pink in the middle).
Grill additional lemon to serve with the chicken (optional).
