Ingredients
1poundjumbo shrimp peeled and deveined
½salt
½pepper
¼cupolive oil
¼cupred wine vinegar
2teaspoonsminced garlic
2teaspoonsItalian seasoning
1Tablespoonlemon juice
1TablespoonWorcestershire sauce
1teaspoondijon mustard
Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together: ¼ cup olive oil, ¼ cup red wine vinegar, ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon black pepper, 2 teaspoons minced garlic, 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Add 1 pound jumbo shrimp (peeled and deveined) to the marinade and toss to coat evenly.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for maximum flavor.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (approximately 400°F).
Thread the shrimp onto skewers.
Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 2 minutes per side, or until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
