Preheat the oven according to the cinnamon roll package directions. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Separate the cinnamon rolls. Unroll each roll, then roll one end inward from each side to form a heart shape. Pinch the bottom point together to help the heart hold its shape.
Arrange the heart-shaped rolls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each one.
Bake according to the package directions until golden brown. Let the cinnamon rolls cool for 10-15 minutes.
In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine the butter and cream cheese. Microwave for 20-30 seconds until softened.
Beat the butter and cream cheese until smooth with a hand mixer.
Add the icing packet from the cinnamon rolls, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Beat until smooth and creamy.
Mix in the green gel food coloring until the frosting reaches your desired shade.
Spread the frosting over the cooled cinnamon rolls and top each one with a heart sprinkle.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
