Ingredients

grated (pepper jack is a good substitution if you like spicy!)
Instructions
Brown 1 pound ground beef and ¼ diced onion in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
Season the beef with 1 Tablespoon paprika, 1 tsp minced garlic, 1 tsp salt, and 1 tsp black pepper. Stir to combine.
Stir in 2 cups water, 1½ cups milk, and 2 cups macaroni noodles. Bring the mixture to a boil.
Reduce the heat to low, cover and simmer for 9-12 minutes until the pasta is al dente.
Stir in 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese and 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese until fully melted.
Let stand for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.
Serve warm and enjoy!
