Ice Cream Sandwich Cake

Ingredients
- 12 ice cream sandwiches
- chocolate syrup (I like to use to magic shell)
- Caramel syrup (I normally use Magic shell)
- (1) 8 oz container of cool whip (or you can use homemade whipped cream)
Instructions
- Remove the wrappers from all 12 ice cream sandwiches.
- Arrange 3 ice cream sandwiches side by side on a cake platter.
- Drizzle approximately 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup and 2 tablespoons caramel syrup over the ice cream sandwiches.
- Place another layer of 3 ice cream sandwiches on top, positioning them in the opposite direction.
- Drizzle approximately 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup and 2 tablespoons caramel syrup over the second layer.
- Repeat the layering process two more times using the remaining 6 ice cream sandwiches, drizzling approximately 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup and 2 tablespoons caramel syrup between each layer.
- If the ice cream sandwiches begin to melt, place the cake in the freezer for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Spread the entire 8-ounce container of Cool Whip evenly over the top and sides of the cake.
- Drizzle the remaining chocolate syrup (about 2 tablespoons) and remaining caramel syrup (about 2 tablespoons) over the top, allowing it to drip down the sides.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours before slicing and serving.
