Instant Pot Chicken and Stuffing Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken breasts boneless skinless
- 1 ½ cups water
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- (1) 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- (1) 6 oz box of Stove Top chicken Stuffing
- (1) 12 oz bag frozen green beans
Instructions
- Pour 1 ½ cups water into the Instant Pot. Make sure you add the water 1st to the Instant Pot.
- Place 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts into the Instant Pot. Season the chicken with 1 tsp garlic salt.
- In a medium bowl, mix together 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup and 1 cup sour cream.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken. Do not stir.
- Sprinkle 1 (6 oz) box Stove Top chicken stuffing over the top.
- Add 1 (12 oz) bag frozen green beans on top.
- Place the lid on the Instant Pot and set the valve to sealing. Cook on high pressure for 25 minutes.
- Quick release the pressure once cooking is complete.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
It's important to place the ingredients into the Instant Pot in the order listed so that the Instant Pot will come to pressure and you do not get a burn notice. Also, make sure to layer the ingredients and do not mix them together in the Instant Pot.
