3boneless chicken breasts(can be frozen)

1candiced tomatoes with green chilies10 oz can

Instructions
Add 3 boneless chicken breasts, 1 (15 oz) can black beans (rinsed and drained), 1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chilies, 1 (14.5 oz) can crushed tomatoes, ½ chopped onion, 1 cup corn, 4 cups chicken broth, 2 tsp chili powder, 2 tsp cumin, and 1 tsp garlic salt to your Instant Pot.
Secure the lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 30 minutes.
Perform a quick release to remove the pressure.
Remove the 3 chicken breasts, shred them, then return the shredded chicken to the pot and stir.
Serve in bowls and top with tortilla strips, 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, fresh cilantro, and 1 diced avocado as desired.
Notes
If you are garnishing with tortilla chips, make sure you let your kids do the chip crushing, because that is the best part with this dinner. My kids love it!
