If you love bold, savory-sweet flavors and crave a grilled chicken dish that’s both easy and delicious make Korean BBQ Chicken. This dish delivers that classic Korean barbecue flavor right from your backyard grill or stovetop.
Whisk together all the sauce ingredients in a medium saucepan until well combined.
Heat the mixture over medium high heat and bring the mixture to a boil. Heat the mixture for 3-4 minutes until the mixture is cooked through and thickened.
Remove from the heat and divide the sauce evenly into 2 bowls.
Preheat the grill to 350 degrees F. Gently brush the grates of the grill with the oil to prevent the chicken from sticking.
Brush the sauce from one of the bowls all over the chicken breasts.
Place the chicken on the grill. Cook for 5-7 minutes per size until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Only
Remove the chicken from the grill, let the chicken rest for 5 minutes.
Brush the remaining Korean BBQ sauce on the chicken (heavily coating both sides).
Slice the chicken against the grain and it’s ready to serve and enjoy!
