Neiman Marcus Chicken Casserole is a creamy, classic comfort dish made with pantry staples and topped with a buttery Ritz cracker crust. It’s quick to assemble, budget-friendly, and perfect for feeding a hungry family or a crowd.
Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
In a small mixing bowl, gently stir together 1 sleeve of crushed Ritz crackers with ½ cup melted butter until combined, then set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine 4 cups cooked chicken (diced or shredded), 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup, 1 cup sour cream, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, 4 green onions (thinly sliced), ½ cup slivered almonds (optional), and 10 slices bacon (cooked and chopped).
Mix everything together until all ingredients are evenly combined.
Spread the chicken mixture evenly into the prepared 9x13 baking dish.
Sprinkle the cracker mixture evenly on top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden browned and the casserole starts to bubble.
Remove from the oven, let rest for 5 minutes and then it’s ready to serve and enjoy!

Notes
You can make your own chicken or use a rotisserie chicken if you prefer. I love reserving some of the chopped bacon and sliced green onions and using them to top the casserole when serving. Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
