In a large bowl, whisk together the Orange Jell-O mix and boiling water until well combined. Stir in the cold water and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes to thicken slightly.
Remove from the refrigerator and stir in the Instant vanilla pudding. Refrigerate for 15-20 more minutes.
Remove from the refrigerator and stir in the whipped topping until fully combined.
Stir in the oranges, crushed pineapple and mini marshmallows.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Serve cold and enjoy!
