Ingredients

medium sized Zucchini

minced garlic

Instructions
Slice 3 medium zucchini into evenly sized rounds.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and drizzle in 1 Tbsp olive oil.
Add the sliced zucchini and 1 tsp minced garlic to the skillet.
Season with ¼ tsp salt and ¼ tsp black pepper.
Cook for 3–5 minutes, stirring frequently, until the zucchini begins to brown and becomes tender.
Remove the zucchini from the skillet just before it reaches your preferred tenderness, as it will continue to cook from residual heat.
Serve immediately and enjoy.
