Ingredients
1lbBrussel Sprouts
2TablespoonOlive Oil
1teaspoongarlic powder
½teaspoonsalt
¼teaspoonblack pepper
¼cupfreshly grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Trim the stems off 1 pound Brussels sprouts and cut them in half. If the Brussels sprouts are large, cut them into quarters.
In a large bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon black pepper, and ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
Toss everything together until the Brussels sprouts are evenly coated.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on the pan.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, stirring 1–2 times during cooking, until the Brussels sprouts are tender and slightly crispy.
Transfer to a serving dish and serve warm. Enjoy!
