Make Crispy Parmesan Brussels Sprouts for a side dish that is ready in about 20 minutes! Garlicky, golden, and tender on the inside makes this easy side dish kid approved!
Cut the stems off of the Brussel sprouts and cut them in half. If you have larger Brussel sprouts, cut them into quarters.
In a large bowl, add brussel sprouts, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper and parmesan cheese.
Toss to coat.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the Brussel sprouts in a single layer on the pan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring them one to two times during cooking.
Transfer the Brussel sprouts to a serving dish and serve warm. Enjoy!

You can use pre shredded or pre-grated parmesan cheese, but freshly grated is the best.Optional, add a pinch of red pepper flakes on at the end for a little extra kick.Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
