Instructions
Place 1 bag of Chessmen cookies in a single layer in the bottom of a 9x13 baking pan.
Layer 6–8 sliced bananas evenly on top of the cookies.
In a large bowl, whisk together 1 box (5 oz) instant French vanilla pudding mix and 2 cups milk. Set aside to thicken.
In a separate bowl, beat together 1 package (8 oz) softened cream cheese and 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
Gently fold in 1 container (12 oz) whipped topping until just combined.
Then stir the cream cheese mixture into the pudding mixture until fully combined.
Spread the mixture evenly over the bananas in the pan.
Top with the remaining bag of Chessmen cookies in an even layer.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
Refrigerate the leftovers, covered for up to 2-3 days. Enjoy before the cookies get too mushy.
