Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

bananas

cup
ice

cups
milk
(can use almond milk and can also substitute 1/2 cup of greek yogurt for some of the milk)
½
cup
peanut butter
Instructions
Break 2 bananas into large pieces and place them in a blender.
Add 1 cup ice, 2 cups milk, and ½ cup peanut butter to the blender.
Blend for 1 to 2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Top with whipped cream if desired.
