Ingredients

All Purpose Flour
½
cup
Granulated Sugar

large Egg

Baking Powder

teaspoon

Fat Free Milk

Creamy Peanut Butter
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and spray a 9X5 inch loaf pan with a non-stick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Add in the egg, milk and peanut butter and blend with a hand held mixer until combined and smooth.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes and then turn the bread out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
Once the bread has cooled, it’s ready to slice, serve and enjoy!
Notes
Store any leftover bread in an airtight container or bag at room temperature for up to 4-5 days.
