Place 4–5 sections of almond bark in a tall microwave-safe glass. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until completely melted and smooth.
Dip each pretzel rod into the melted almond bark, allowing any excess coating to drip off. Place the coated pretzels on the prepared baking sheet and allow the almond bark to set.
Divide additional almond bark between 2 microwave-safe bowls, using about 2 sections per bowl. Melt in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Add a different color of food coloring to each bowl and stir until evenly combined.
Drizzle the colored almond bark over the coated pretzel rods. Allow it to begin setting.
Place a small dab of melted almond bark on the back of each PEEP and gently press it onto a pretzel rod.
Allow the pretzel rods to cool completely until the almond bark is firm. Serve and enjoy!
