Ingredients
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese softened at room temperature
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- ½ cup Powdered Sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 8 ounces Cool Whip
- 8 inch Prepared Graham Cracker Crust (or 9 inch)
- Cherry Pie Filling (optional for topping)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 8 oz softened cream cheese, 1 cup sour cream, ½ cup powdered sugar, and 2 teaspoons vanilla extract.
- Beat with a hand mixer until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in 8 oz Cool Whip until fully incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into 1 prepared 8-inch or 9-inch graham cracker crust.
- Spread the filling evenly in the crust.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours, preferably overnight, until set.
- Before serving, top with cherry pie filling if desired.
