Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 TBSP cocoa powder
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350.
  • Line cookie sheet with a baking mat.
  • Stir the ingredients together until blended.
  • Roll into 1" balls (or use a cookie scoop) then gently press down to slightly flatten.
  • Bake for 12 minutes.
  • Allow them cool on the tray for a couple of minutes before moving to a wire rack to finish cooling.

optional: You could roll these into the sugar before baking to give them that extra glisten.
