Ingredients

medium sized Zucchini

tablespoon
Olive Oil

teaspoon
minced garlic

Instructions
Slice the Zucchini.
In a large skillet, drizzle olive oil.
Add Slices of zucchini and minced garlic.
Heat over medium-high heat.
Season liberally with salt and pepper.
Let cook for about 3-5 minutes stirring frequently until starting to brown.
Remove them right before they are how you like them. Zucchini will continue to cook as it sits.
