Ingredients

chicken breasts boneless and skinless

tablespoons
butter divided

teaspoon
salt

pepper

Italian Seasoning

chicken broth
fresh lemons

teaspoon
minced garlic

cup
half and half
2
tablespoon
cornstarch
1
cup
shredded parmesan cheese
Instructions
In the instant pot brown the chicken in 2 tablespoons butter.
Place in the pressure cooker. Season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning.
Top with the butter (cut into pieces)
Squeeze the lemon juice over the top.
Add in the chicken broth.
Add the lid and set the valve to sealing. set the pressure for 20 minutes.
Do a quick release.
Then in a small bowl whisk together the cornstarch in the half and half.
Stir in the instant pot and turn the instant pot to the saute setting.
Stir and heat through until the lemon sauce has thickened
Serve over angel hair pasta with parmesan cheese and more fresh lemons.
