Whisk all the ingredients (except for the water) together in a medium size mixing bowl.
Then add in the water 1 tsp at a time until the dressing is the consistency that you prefer. You may not need all the water.
Use right away or store in an air tight container or a mason jar in the refrigerator for up to 4-5 days.
Notes
You can use mayonnaise instead of greek yogurt if you prefer or add in a small amount of cayenne pepper (1/4 tsp) for a little extra kick if you prefer!
