Brown 1 pound ground beef in a large skillet over medium high heat.
Once browned, drain off any excess grease.
Stir in ? cup brown sugar, ? cup mustard, and ½ cup ketchup until fully combined.
Bring the mixture to a low simmer and cook for approximately 5 minutes.
Place 20 Stand and Stuff Taco Shells in a baking dish. Spoon the beef mixture evenly into each shell and top with 1 ½ cups shredded Mexican cheese blend.
Bake for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Then the tacos are ready to serve and enjoy!
