In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together 1 cup plain Greek yogurt, the juice of 1 lime, ½ teaspoon chili powder, ½ teaspoon paprika, ½ teaspoon cumin, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, 2 teaspoons honey, ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon pepper, and 1 teaspoon finely chopped cilantro until smooth and fully combined.
Add 1 teaspoon water at a time, stirring after each addition, until the dressing reaches your preferred consistency. You may not need all 2 teaspoons of water.
Use immediately or store the dressing in an airtight container or mason jar in the refrigerator for up to 4–5 days.
Notes
You can substitute mayonnaise for the Greek yogurt if preferred.For extra heat, add ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper.
