We love this chocolate, fudgy Starbucks Brownies. They are rich in flavor and easy to make with simple ingredients. This copycat brownie recipe is so delicious.
½cupUnsalted Buttermelted & cooled to room temperature
1cupGranulated Sugar
2Large Eggs
2tspVanilla Extract
½cupAll Purpose Flour
½cupUnsweetened Cocoa Powder
¼tspSalt
2cupsSemi-Sweet Chocolate ChipsDivided
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter and granulated sugar until combined.
Add the eggs and vanilla extract, whisking until the mixture is smooth.
Stir in the cocoa powder until fully incorporated.
Add the flour and salt, and stir just until no streaks of flour remain. Do not overmix.
Fold in 1½ cups of the chocolate chips.
Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan. Gently tap the pan on the counter a few times to remove air bubbles and level the batter.
Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of chocolate chips evenly over the top, lightly pressing them into the batter.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs (avoid inserting it into a melted chocolate chip). Do not overbake for fudgy brownies.
Cool the brownies completely in the pan on a wire rack for about 2 hours.
Use the parchment paper to lift the brownies out of the pan, then slice and serve.
Notes
Store the leftover brownies in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
