This Texas Roadhouse Butter Chicken Skillet features tender chicken cooked in a sweet, buttery honey glaze. An easy skillet dinner that’s comforting, family-friendly, and perfect for busy weeknights.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
Add the chicken to the skillet. Season the chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Cook both sides of the chicken for (3-4 minutes) until seared and browned.
Add in the butter, honey and chicken broth. Stir to combine.
Bring the mixture to a low simmer and cook for 7-10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165 degrees F).
Remove from heat, let sit for 5 minutes.
Serve with the sauce from the skillet poured on top and topped with the fresh chopped parsley. Enjoy!

Notes
This can easily be made with boneless, skinless chicken thighs instead of breasts if you prefer. Use an instant-read meat thermometer to make sure that the chicken is cooked through. Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
