This Texas Roadhouse Butter Chicken Skillet features tender chicken cooked in a sweet, buttery honey glaze. An easy skillet dinner that’s comforting, family-friendly, and perfect for busy weeknights.
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
Add 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts to the skillet. Season the chicken with 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Cook the chicken for 3 to 4 minutes per side until seared and browned.
Add in 4 tablespoon butter, 2 tablespoons of honey and 1/2 cup of chicken broth. Stir to combine.
Bring the mixture to a low simmer and cook for 7-10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165 degrees F).
Remove from heat, let sit for 5 minutes.
Serve with the sauce from the skillet poured on top and topped with 2 tablespoons of fresh chopped parsley. Enjoy!

Notes
This can easily be made with boneless, skinless chicken thighs instead of breasts if you prefer. Use an instant-read meat thermometer to make sure that the chicken is cooked through. Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
