In a medium mixing bowl, combine 1 cup mayonnaise, 2 teaspoons finely diced onion, ¼ cup ketchup, 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish, ½ teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon white vinegar, and ¼ teaspoon salt.
Stir all the ingredients together until smooth and well combined.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 1–2 hours to allow the flavors to blend together.
Serve chilled and enjoy!

Store, covered, in an airtight container for up to 1 week. You can use 2 teaspoons of dried onion flakes instead of the finely diced onions if you prefer.
