– Elbow macaroni – Cheddar cheese  – Red onion  – Celery stalks  – Red bell pepper  – Frozen peas – Mayo – Apple cider vinegar – Fresh dill – Sugar – Dijon mustard – Salt & Pepper

STEP 1

Cook the elbow macaroni until al dente. Drain well.

STEP 2

In a large mixing bowl, toss together cooked pasta with the cubed cheese, onion, celery, bell pepper & peas.

STEP 3

~ Make the quick dressing mixture in a small bowl. ~ Pour the mixture over the pasta & toss until well coated. Cover bowl with plastic wrap & chill at least 1 hr before serving!
