Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Place 2 baking sheets in the oven while it's preheating to heat the baking sheets.
Lay the tortillas out on a flat working surface.
Top each tortilla with approximately 1/4 cup of the pizza sauce. Then top with 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese and 1/8 cup shredded parmesan cheese.
Top with the sliced pepperoni and any other desired pizza toppings.
Carefully place the prepared pizzas on the baking sheets in the oven. Bake for 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is crispy.
Allow the pizza to cool for a few minutes. Then slice, serve and enjoy!
Notes
We find that Gordita style tortillas work best for this recipe as they are sturdier but any type will work well for this recipe.
