Diced Frozen Hash Browns

can Cream of Chicken Soup

Sour Cream

Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions
Spray a 6 quart crock pot with a non-stick cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl, stir together the hash browns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream onion, salt, pepper and 1 cup of the shredded cheese.
Pour the potato mixture into the crock pot and spread it out as evenly as possible.
Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 5-6 hours (mix the ingredients halfway through the cook time) until the potatoes are tender.
Top with the remaining cheddar cheese. Cover and cook on low for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Serve warm and enjoy!
