brown sugar

mustard

Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium high heat.
Once browned, drain off any excess grease.
Then stir in the brown sugar, mustard and ketchup. Stir to combine the ingredients.
Bring the mixture to a low simmer and cook for approximately 5 minutes.
Place the taco shells in a baking dish. Spoon the beef mixture evenly into each of the shells and top with the shredded cheese.
Bake for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Then the tacos are ready to serve and enjoy!
Notes
Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
