Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a 9X5 loaf pan with parchment paper and lightly spray the parchment paper with a non-stick cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl, stir together the melted butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, applesauce and greek yogurt. Mix until well combined.
Gently stir in the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt until just combined. Be careful not to overmix the batter.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 45-55 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean.
Remove the pan from the oven. Cool the bread in the pan on a rack. Then carefully remove the bread from the pan and then it’s ready to slice, serve and enjoy!
