2 Ingredient Strawberry Cake Recipe

You just need two ingredients to make this amazing strawberry cake recipe. Quick and Easy Soda cake is a favorite dessert recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 box strawberry cake mix (15 oz cake mix)
  • 1 can sprite (12 oz can)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Combine the strawberry cake mix and Sprite in a large mixing bowl. Do not prepare the cake mix according to the package directions or add any other ingredients.
  • Mix with a hand mixer until smooth.
  • Coat a Bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray, then pour the batter into the pan.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the cake begins to brown.
  • Let the cake cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Serve as is or drizzle with the optional glaze.

Notes

I topped this cake with an easy powder sugar glazed made by mixing 1 cup of powder sugar with 2 Tbsp of Milk, but this cake with also be great with your favorite type of frosting.
