2 Ingredient Strawberry Cake Recipe

You just need two ingredients to make this amazing strawberry cake recipe. Quick and Easy Soda cake is a favorite dessert recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 box strawberry cake mix (15 oz cake mix)
  • 1 can sprite (12 oz can)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 box strawberry cake mix and 1 can Sprite. Do not follow the directions on the box and do not add any other ingredients.
  • Mix well with a hand blender until smooth.
  • Spray a bundt cake pan with non stick spray, and pour batter into the pan.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cake begins to brown.
  • Allow to cool completely for 5 minutes in the pan and then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Serve immediately or drizzle with the optional icing glaze.

Notes

I topped this cake with an easy powder sugar glazed made by mixing 1 cup of powder sugar with 2 Tbsp of Milk, but this cake with also be great with your favorite type of frosting.
