I like Hiland or Silk Milk

serving of Vanilla Protein mix

cup
strawberries
I like them frozen, but they can be fresh

tablespoon
sugar free jell-o cheesecake mix
the powder

cup
ice
may only need a half cup of ice if your strawberries are frozen
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth. Serve cold and enjoy!
