7 layer dip recipe is a crowd pleaser and easy to make. Layers of refried beans, salsa, guacamole and more make this a great dip for parties and tailgating.
In a medium bowl, combine 16 ounces canned refried beans with 2 tablespoons milk until smooth.
Spread the refried bean mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan.
In a separate mixing bowl, beat 8 ounces softened cream cheese, 1 cup sour cream, and 2 tablespoons taco seasoning with a mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the refried bean layer.
Spoon 1 cup prepared guacamole over the cream cheese layer and gently spread evenly.
Spoon 1 ½ cups salsa evenly over the guacamole layer.
Top with 2 cups cheddar cheese, ½ cup black olives, 2 diced roma tomatoes, and 4 sliced green onions.
Cover and chill the dip for 1 hour before serving.
