Instructions
Peel 4 bananas and cut each banana in half lengthwise.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons brown sugar and 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon until combined.
Brush or coat all 8 banana halves with 4 tablespoons melted butter.
Sprinkle the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture evenly over the butter-coated banana halves.
Place the banana halves in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they do not overlap.
Air fry at 400 degrees F for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping the bananas halfway through the cooking time, until they are golden brown and caramelized.
Serve warm as is or topped with ice cream if desired. Enjoy!
