Your entire family will love these juicy, flavorful Air Fryer Boneless Chicken Thighs! They come out perfectly crispy in the air fryer and made with simple spices.
Pat 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs dry and place them in a bowl. Toss with 1 tablespoon olive oil until coated.
Sprinkle 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon paprika, ½ teaspoon dried oregano, ½ teaspoon salt, and ½ teaspoon black pepper evenly over the chicken and toss to coat.
Place the seasoned chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook at 400°F for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Serve warm.

Use an instant read meat thermometer to make sure that the chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Make sure to not overlap the chicken when placing it in the air fryer so that the chicken gets cooked evenly on all sides of the chicken. You can use any oil with a high smoke point instead of olive oil in this recipe. Avocado oil, vegetable oil or canola oil all work well. Store any leftover chicken in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
