Your entire family will love these juicy, flavorful Air Fryer Boneless Chicken Thighs! They come out perfectly crispy in the air fryer and made with simple spices.
Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees F. If your air fryer does not have a preheat option, then run the air fryer for 5 minutes at 380 degrees F.
Pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel.
Rub the olive oil onto both sides of the chicken thighs with a basting brush.
Combine the garlic powder, paprika, dried oregano, salt and pepper together in small bowl.
Rub this seasoning mixture onto both sides of the chicken thighs.
Place the chicken thighs in a single layer in the air fryer. Leave some space between each of them. You may have to cook the chicken in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
Air fryer at 380 degrees F for 10 minutes,
Flip the chicken thighs and air fry at 380 degrees F for 5-6 more minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
Serve immediately while warm and enjoy!

Use an instant read meat thermometer to make sure that the chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Make sure to not overlap the chicken when placing it in the air fryer so that the chicken gets cooked evenly on all sides of the chicken. You can use any oil with a high smoke point instead of olive oil in this recipe. Avocado oil, vegetable oil or canola oil all work well. Store any leftover chicken in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
