Whisk the eggs together in a shallow bowl. Then place the chicken pieces in the eggs and toss to coat them thoroughly.
Then in a large zip lock bag, mix together the flour, cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Then work in batches and place the chicken pieces from the eggs (drip off any excess eggs from the chicken) into the flour mixture. Seal the bag and allow air to stay in the bag. Then shake the bag to thoroughly coat the chicken in the flour mixture.
Preheat the air fryer to 370 degrees F. If your air fryer does not have a preheat option, then run the air fryer for 5 minutes at 370 degrees F. Then spray the air fryer basket with olive oil or avocado oil. Place the chicken in a single layer (you will need to work in batches) in the air fryer basket and spray the top of the chicken with olive oil or avocado oil.
Cook for 5 minutes at 370 degrees F. Flip the chicken and spray it with more olive oil or avocado oil. Cook for 5-7 more minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
Then place the chicken in a large, pour the buffalo sauce on top and toss to coat.
Then serve with your favorite dipping sauces and enjoy!

Expert Tips
Preparing Chicken - To ensure that the chicken cooks evenly, we recommend cutting the chicken about the same bite-sized pieces. You may need to filet the chicken so it is about the same thickness as well.
Crispy Texture - Make sure to coat the chicken evenly with the egg mixture and flour mixture. This will create the perfect crispy texture while keeping the chicken juicy in the center.
Air Fry Chicken - Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer. This will allow the chicken to cook evenly.
Cooking Time - Boneless Wings cook in about 10 minutes depending on the size of your chicken wings and your air fryer. We recommend using a meat thermometer to ensure that the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
Wing Sauce Variations
Buffalo Wing Sauce - Using a buffalo sauce to cover the chicken is a family favorite. You can make your own or use the jar stuff. You can also use hot sauce to add some heat to your wings.
Ranch Seasoning Mix - Dry Ranch Seasoning Mix as a dry rub is my daughter's favorite.
Teriyaki Sauce - If you are wanting a sweeter version, toss you boneless buffalo wings with teriyaki sauce.
Barbecue Sauce - Barbecue Sauce is always a crowd pleaser. You can even make Homemade BBQ Sauce with simple ingredients to serve with this air fryer boneless wings.
