Preheat your air fryer to 360°F. If your air fryer does not have a preheat setting, run it empty for approximately 5 minutes to warm it up before cooking.
Place 5–6 chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Brush the chicken breasts evenly with 2 Tbsp olive oil.
In a small bowl, combine ½ tsp paprika, 1 tsp salt, and 1 tsp black pepper. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
Cook the chicken for 10–12 minutes, depending on the thickness of the chicken breasts.
Flip the chicken breasts and continue cooking for 10–15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F.
Transfer the cooked chicken to a plate and let it rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing.
Serve immediately or store for future meals and meal prep.
