Place 12 chicken thighs into a large bowl or onto a baking tray.
Drizzle 2 tablespoons olive oil evenly over the chicken thighs. Use a basting brush or your hands to coat the chicken evenly.
In a small bowl, combine ½ teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon pepper.
Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over all sides of the chicken thighs.
Arrange the chicken thighs in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overlap the chicken. Cook in batches if needed depending on the size of your air fryer.
Cook the chicken thighs at 390 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes.
Flip the chicken thighs and continue cooking for an additional 8–10 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
Remove the chicken from the air fryer and allow it to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Serve warm and enjoy!
