Ingredients

Cube Steak
approximately 4 steaks

Olive Oil

Garlic Powder

Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F.
Pat 1 pound cube steak dry with paper towels and place on a plate.
Drizzle 2 tablespoons olive oil over the cube steaks.
In a small bowl, combine ½ teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon salt and ½ teaspoon black pepper.
Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the cube steaks.
Place the cube steaks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook at 400 degrees F for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the steaks are cooked through.
Serve warm.

Do not over cook the steaks or they will get tough.
Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
