25Sliced Dill PicklesI used the waffle cut but either will work
½cupFlour
2Large Eggs
½cupMilk
1cupPanko Bread Crumbs
Oil Spray
Instructions
Place the flour in one shallow bowl. In a second bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Add the panko bread crumbs to a third bowl.
Pat the pickle slices dry with paper towels.
Coat each pickle slice in the flour, then dip it into the egg mixture, and finally coat it with the panko bread crumbs. Place the breaded pickles on a plate while you finish the remaining pickles.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. If your air fryer does not have a preheat setting, run it empty at 400°F for 5 minutes.
Arrange the breaded pickles in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each one. Lightly spray the tops with cooking oil.
Air fry for 7 to 10 minutes, or until the coating is golden brown and crispy. Cook in batches if needed.
Serve immediately with ranch or your favorite dipping sauce. Salt to taste, if desired.
