For the Meatloaf:

For the Topping:

⅓cupBarbecue Sausage
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine 1 pound lean ground beef, 1 egg yolk, ¼ cup milk, ? cup seasoned bread crumbs, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, ¼ teaspoon garlic powder, ¼ teaspoon black pepper, ½ teaspoon salt, and ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning.
Mix with clean hands until just combined. Do not overmix.
Lightly rub olive oil in the air fryer basket and preheat the air fryer to 350°F. If your air fryer does not have a preheat option, run it for 5 minutes at 350°F.
Shape the meat mixture into an even loaf shape that will fit inside your air fryer basket.
Place the meatloaf into the air fryer and cook at 350°F for 15 minutes.
While the meatloaf cooks, stir together ? cup ketchup and ? cup barbecue sauce in a small bowl.
After 15 minutes, spread half of the topping mixture over the top of the meatloaf.
Continue cooking for 10–15 more minutes at 350°F, until the meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of 160°F.
Carefully remove the meatloaf from the air fryer and tent loosely with foil. Let rest for 5–10 minutes.
Top with the remaining sauce mixture.

Notes
Make sure that the meatloaf is cooked to a safe temperature with an instant-read meat thermometer before removing it from the air fryer. Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
