Preheat your air fryer to 375 degrees F. If your air fryer doesn't have a preheat option, then run the air fryer at 375 degrees F for 5 minutes.
Spray the air fryer basket with a spray olive oil or rub olive oil on the bottom of the air fryer basket.
Separate 2 cans of biscuits into 20 total biscuits.
Flatten each biscuit into a small pizza crust. Brush the flattened biscuits with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Spread 1 ½ cups pizza sauce evenly over the biscuit crusts.
Top with 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese and 60 slices pepperoni.
Cook in the air fryer at 375 degrees F for 7-8 minutes until the biscuits are beginning to brown on the outside edges. Gently remove the pizzas from the air fryer and move to a plate or rack to cool completely.

The nutritional information is for 1 pizza but generally people will eat 2-3 at a time.
