This juicy Air Fryer Pork Tenderloin comes out perfectly tender with a golden, flavorful crust. Ready in under 20 minutes for an easy, delicious weeknight dinner.
Trim 2 pounds pork tenderloin and pat it dry with paper towels.
In a small bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 2 teaspoons paprika, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon chili powder, 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, 1 teaspoon cumin, 2 teaspoons salt, and 1 teaspoon black pepper.
Rub the olive oil onto all sides of the pork tenderloin.
Rub the seasoning mixture onto all sides of the pork as well.
Place the pork tenderloin in the air fryer.
Cook for 10 minutes. Flip the pork tenderloin and cook for an additional 8-10 minutes until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.
Remove the pork from the air fryer. Loosely cover with foil and let it rest for at least 5 minutes.
Slice the pork and then it’s ready to serve and enjoy!

Use an instant read meat thermometer to make sure that the pork has reached a safe temperature before removing it from the air fryer. Store any leftover pork in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
