Air Fryer Steak Bites is an easy way to cook your favorite steak. The Air fryer cooks the steak perfect and the simple seasoning gives it so much flavor.
Place 2 lbs of diced lean steak into a large mixing bowl. Add 1 Tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp steak seasoning, 2 tsp minced garlic, ¼ tsp onion powder and ¼ tsp cayenne pepper if using.
Toss to coat the steak evenly. Let the steak marinate for at least 20 minutes at room temperature.
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F. If your air fryer does not have a preheat setting, run it empty at 400 degrees F for 5 minutes.
Lightly rub the air fryer basket with olive oil to prevent sticking. Using tongs, place the marinated steak pieces into the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook the steak bites for 3-4 minutes depending on your preferred doneness. Flip the steak pieces and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until cooked to your preference.
Remove the steak bites from the air fryer and let them rest for at least 5 minutes before serving.
Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes
Sirloin, New York Strip, Trip Tip or Ribeye all work great in this recipe. Do not use Pam in your air fryer or it can damage the non-stick lining in the air fryer basket. Use an instant-read meat thermometer to make sure that the steak is cooked to your preference before removing it from the air fryer.
