Ingredients

Pineapple Flavor Gelatin

Crushed Pineapple
8 ounces- not drained )

Boiling Water
Cold Water

Cool Whip
thawed

Mandarin Oranges

Mini Marshmallows

Instructions
Drain the pineapple, reserving the juice. Add enough cold water to the reserved juice to equal 1 cup.
Place the gelatin in a large mixing bowl. Pour the boiling water over the gelatin and stir until completely dissolved.
Stir in the reserved pineapple juice mixture until well combined.
Refrigerate for about 1 hour, or until the gelatin is slightly thickened.
Fold in the Cool Whip until smooth. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Lightly grease a 12-cup Bundt pan or gelatin mold with nonstick cooking spray.
Gently fold in the drained pineapple, drained mandarin oranges, mini marshmallows, and coconut.
Pour the mixture into the prepared mold. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.
To unmold, place the bottom of the pan in warm water for 30–40 seconds, then invert onto a serving plate.
Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days.
